HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A PRESCRIPTION?

We are a dispensing practice, which means we may dispense medication to those patients who live outside  a one-mile radius of the practice. This means that we cannot dispense to patients residing in Spilsby and Hundleby. The dispensary is open from 8.30am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday apart from one Wednesday per month when we are closed for training purposes between 12.30 and  4.00pm. Dates are posted in the waiting room and on the front door. If you require urgent  medication when the dispensary is closed, you should contact NHS Direct on 0845 46 47.

HOW DO I....
OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

Repeat prescriptions requests should be made using right hand side of your prescription by ticking the items you need. These can be posted to us or left in the post box in the entrance to the surgery. Your new prescription or the medication itself (if you are a dispensing patient) will be ready for collection within two working days as per the following schedule.

Monday before 4.00pm	Ready Wednesday after 4.00pm
Tuesday before 4.00pm	Ready Thursday after 4.00pm
Wednesday before 4.00pm	Ready Friday after 4.00pm
Thursday before 4.00pm	Ready Monday after 4.00pm
Friday before 4.00pm	Ready Tuesday after 4.00pm

Telephone requests or queries should be made after 10.00am. Please allow sufficient time to order your prescription before your current medication runs out.
